2Can I pay rent in monthly payments?
Yes, you can pay your rent in no more than three monthly payments. There is an additional $10/month charge if you use this option. Otherwise, rent is due as outlined on your contract.
3How do I reserve the lounge?
All of the lounges and the theater room can be reserved for events and special occasions through the front office.
4Are there any security cameras?
We have security cameras throughout the entire building and in our underground parking lot to ensure the safety of our tenants and their property.
5What if I lose my key?
If you lose your apartment key or mail key, there will be a charge to re-key the locks on the door and/or mailbox. We are required to re-key apartment and mailboxes for safety purposes.
6Can we hang things on the walls?
We understand the desire to hang things on the walls, but we ask that you use command strips. If we find that nails have been used there will be a charge attached to your account.
